Waiting.
Worrying about my fellow Florida peeps. Especially the ones down south.
Just found out another elderly couple aren't evacuating that are supposed to. ...sigh...
Smell the Sea and Feel the Sky 🎶
Still peacey this morning. 💛
Have a good day peeps!
Hoping that crazy storm turns like they keep saying. And hoping to be able to get some gas today. :)
Breathe
I had to create a photo from a GIF yesterday because I didn't know how to upload it from my smartphone. Sorry for the quality. :)
Everyone is pretty worried about hurricane Irma. We're hoping she turns like the models are now predicting. It's hard to imagine how a category five hurricane will just take a sharp turn like that. I would think she's boss out there. But that's what we're hoping because we haven't evacuated.

I hope most of you have the day off.

Good Morning!
For a second I was regretting being on the other side of the trees this morning. :)
Have a good day peeps. :)
And this isn't New Orleans....nor a freight train. But this song does get stuck in my head in the a.m.

Maidin mhaith!
I'm pretty excited to have won a local photography contest this week. I'll share more details later but they are using one of my photos on the cover of their journal and two inside the publication.
:)!
Have a great day everyone!

Good Morning! :)
Have a good week everyone!
The news has been rough, especially seeing what hurricane Harvey is doing to Texas. Appreciate what you have and donate where you can. The American Red Cross does a lot for people, as well as local Texas organizations.
Busy! :)
Friday night's exhibit opening went great! It's been a very busy week with recovering from a cold, some real estate photography, homework from my business class at FMOPA, the exhibit, picking up a canvas order for a client, and last night Wearable Art 13 at Dunedin Fine Art Center. I'm also in the member's show at Florida Museum of Photographic Arts running until October 13th. I'm pooped. :)
My friend and fellow photographer Katherine Campbell grabbed a picture with four of my five pieces at the show. :)
Zitro (photographer) workin' it at Wearable Art 13 last night at Dunedin Fine Art Center. :)

Whew!
Done framing for our photography exhibit Friday!
"Not Your Father's Art Show II" at Studio 617 in Clearwater, August 25th from 5-9. Come join us!
It's Monday...Rise and Shine!
Don't do anything silly today...like stare into the sun. ;)
Not Your Father's Art Show II
I'm sharing again....oh no. I'm sharing again.
This will probably be our last group show at Studio 617.
Lina is giving us a lot of space for this one. Come to downtown Clearwater this Friday between 5 and 9 p.m. The sidewalk sale will be happening down the road, as well. Shop, hang out, and have a glass of wine. I'm assuming there will be music on the street, too. Parking garage is across the street to the north of the studio. :)
Photographic art from 21 of the Tampa Bay Society of Photographic Artists.
I'm very excited!

When I grow sick or old please place me out under the sky, for dying on the inside is much more painful than decomposing on the outside.
The lopsided horizon of trying to take a picture and view it with your phone....sigh....

Sorry folks, I'll try to get it back.
I can't wait until this cold is completely gone so I can get outside, get some exercise, and my food starts to taste normal again. I'm currently eating cereal and it tastes like perfume. I cooked a nice dinner last night and "blech". A couple of days ago I opened up a new half and half that was completely sour. I couldn't figure out if my coffee just tasted weird or there was something wrong until I tested the cream by itself.
Wah. Wah.
