I was reinspired last week by my talented photography artist friends. It was wonderful to see their work and be in a Tampa Bay Society of Photographic Artists meeting again...even virtually. I believe art is important for all of us. Having work on your walls that makes you feel when you look at it is a huge love of mine. Creating, whether it be photography, painting, baking, or whatever you love, is good for the soul. Thursday a virtual show is opening showcasing some of their work. I'll post the link that day. It looks pretty cool. And I just found out I'm going to be in an exhibit opening near the end of the month in downtown Clearwater at Pour Yours! Woo-hoo!!! Welcome back art world!!! 🥰
Virtual Great Global Greyhound Walk
Today was supposed to be the Great Global Greyhound Walk. It's a worldwide event for raising awareness for the breed and it's a lot of fun. :) Because of the pandemic it's been postponed until October 4th. The organizers are having it virtually today and we are uploading images from our personal walks around the world. You can find Great Global Greyhound Walk on Facebook and upload to your own country's album. North America has some catching up to do! :)

Nike
This is our new foster Nike...aka Wickuhpeadeeuh (please don't ask me to spell that again the way they spell it). She's also Wilbur's sister, which is so cool! She is recovering from an injury, as you can tell....poor baby. She just got here and is really nervous but she already wore herself out...for the moment. We haven't taken in a foster for a long time and I was a little nervous, too!
