Yesterday evening at Honeymoon Island. We came out to see the sunset but the storm that came in was the highlight....beautiful.
In the water were a mother and her son playing. :)
Attempting to hold my camera still on a fence for eight seconds. :) The lightning was lighting up the sky but the bolts were rarely visible. Mosquitos chased us away before the park rangers could. :)

I took one picture of the moon this morning and this was it. I didn't notice until I looked at it on my phone all of the color/halo issues it had. I actually deleted it from Facebook but I guess I'll leave it here.
:)The yellow light from the pier was reflecting off of the marker and the water...I had to keep from blocking it.
Thirty second exposure...love me some long exposure but I don't have a lot of experience with it. :)
A little sunshine should help that. :)

I love this yellow grass...I think it might be wild oat grass but I'm not sure. It's everywhere and beautiful, especially when the wind is blowing through it....can you hear it?

We enjoyed our couple of nights that we stay here. Cute place...greeeaat breakfasts, super friendly hosts...hummingbirds, lots of flowers, chickens (my favorite part), and located near the coast, parks, and wineries. :)
